Horn, 1721-1782, from Leminsgen, near Anspach, Germany. Coming to America in 1743 with her husband, the carpenter John Jorde, and 35 married couples, she found employment on the Moravian farm at Christiansbrunn and at other places. After her husband's death, in 1760, she worked for many years at the Bethlehem Sun Inn.
