April 10th 1777. Br. Ettwein returned from his tour, where he had accompanied in the moring General Gates from Bethlehem to Christian Spring, where he breakfasted, and then to the Plains on his journey to Ticonderoga. Br. Ettwein arrived here at noon, ate dinner with us, and then returned over Christian Spring home.
